Three Dog Bakery Ultimate Celebration Cake Bites for Dogs - 12 oz Bag

I first got these as a part of my dog’s birthday celebration. He is absolutely crazy about them. He is a very picky eater, but if his tummy is empty he will throw up. It’s hard to get him to accept much of anything, I’ve even tried a piece of bread and he’s just not interested that might ease his empty stomach. At these times, I’m looking for something soft that won’t hit his stomach hard, and that will soak up some of the stomach acid. These are perfect. It might be the best for his waistline, but when he needs some “cake for breakfast” I just give him a smaller portion of his food to try to balance out calories. I will usually give him 2 of them to just settle his tummy and they have worked like a charm. They are medium soft and remind me of little scones. They are breakable but he prefers for me to hold one while he takes bites of it. When he’s really excited and it’s a dessert and not a tummy fixer, he will sometimes take the whole thing and do it himself. But if he isn’t feeling good he’s eager to eat these anyway but he does so in about 4 separate bites each, which is what I would size I would break them into myself to keep them easier to digest and make sure he actually chews them. He literally licks up every crumb. I’ve tried so many other things that he will end up turning his nose up at but these are, so far, always a win. I am a licensed veterinary nurse and the ingredients are natural and not unlike the things I would use when I bake his treats myself. It’s the sodium bicarbonate that caught my eye because that helps settle everyone’s tummy. The top sweetener is honey although there is some sugar in there as well. But that’s why I cut back his food portion on those “cake for breakfast” days. This is in no way medical advice but as a frenchie owner I’ve learned that with this breed the usual rules don’t apply and sometimes just finding what works to keep them from vomiting or having diarrhea and just continue to digest in as normal a way as possible is necessary. If these are all he’ll eat and it keeps him from needing a medication, I’m all for it as a pet mama. It’s not a frequent thing, usually he will just get one at night for dessert. But he has a sensitive stomach and he has never gotten diarrhea from these treats and he absolutely loves them. I’m looking forward to looking into other flavors they may have. He’s a birthday cake #1 fan.

My frenchie loves and enjoys these treats. I take one and cut it into 3 pieces because it’s just easier for her to chew. They smell like birthday cake edibles. Good amount in bag and I like the size of each bite. Good price.

My dog loves Three Dog Bakery Ultimate Celebration Cake Bites. He eats them with great enthusiasm and, so far, they have not been disliked or have they caused him discomfort. I like that they are small and easy to offer as a prize. They are a practical option to pamper him on special occasions or simply give him a detail during the day. He would definitely buy them again because he likes them a lot and they have suited him well.

Bought these as a special treat for my elderly dogs. They all enjoyed the taste and it was easy for them to chew, I could even break it into two smaller treats if needed. These are about the size a quarter and are on the softer side (texture like a biscuit). I found it to be a good value and like the quality of this brand.

The cookies were a lot harder then I thought they would be and I had to break them into pieces for my dogs to eat. I have 2 8lb dogs and the cookies did break up pretty easily, my dogs seemed to really like them.

My dog absolutely loves these cake bites. He gets excited when I ask him if he wants a cake bites! Some were crumbled in the bag, but it made it easier for him to chew. They look like tiny cakes and they smell good too!

I love the cookies produced by a three Dog Bakery. They look like human treats which make my dogs like them even more. Great varieties and best of all, when they arrive they are packaged so well that there is very little breakage.
