No itchy skin & that’s what sold me !
I buy the refills now so that shows I like the product ! I have hard water & husband won’t budge to put a water softener inside house so I have to go this direction ... I’m not sure if this really filters fluoride but wishful thinking ... I do feel my skin doesn’t itch after a shower & use that as a reference as to when I need to replace the little balls ... Skin starting to feel itchy “time to buy the refill balls .”Do I like the little vit C yellow thing ... It’s ok ... Doesn’t really last long ...
