Anyone know if these the same size as the two-pack 15158 that you can hack to fit the G2?

These refills are identical to the ones purchased at places like Staples in a two pack. Sorry but I don't know what 15158 is or what the G2 is. Hope this helps.

Does this refill have LeGrand Rollerball printed on it? That's what I need.

No, it doesn't. It just says Rollerball Refill, Mont Blanc, Made in Germany. I am convinced these refills are the real deal, have never had a complaint.

will this fit in the meisterstuck model?

Yes, these refills will fit the classique (standard) size rollerball pens, not the LeGrand size rollerballs.
