A great investment
Superb watch. The suggested workouts and the training plans actually help improve performance. Its not just a watch its a proper product suite along with garmin connect on the phone. I have ditched my apple watch for this. Don’t think much just buy and stay fit.

Don't buy, touchscreen issue for model 570 I tried two watch
Don't buy it, all 570 and 970 they have problems with touch screens, the watch do everything with it-self and I saw a lot of people talked about this issue but the company not saying any thing, I will return it to Amazon, I bought 2 with same problem.

Better then Apple Watch
I upgraded from Garmin 165 and the difference has been noticeable. Both watches are good for training, but 570 provides more advanced training metrics. GPS and battery life is also better. The display is easy to read. For casual runners, Apple Watch or Foreunner 165 is probably enough, but for those training regularly and for long races, the 570 is worth the upgrade. The watch can be a little bit like a coach. It tells you scores based on your sleep, recovery and recent training. For low tech people like me, there was a learning curve though and I had to watch YouTube videos to figure out all the settings. My only complaint is the wrist band I dont find very comfortable. Also the price is much higher so it definitely was an investment. I figured if spending a little money will motivate me better to focus on my health more, it is worth it!
