I suggest you order it from the third-party company named GARNER on Amazon versus any other supplier. While it may take longer to receive, the packaging is much better than other third parties! This is energy medicine and very subtle, nothing like Western medicines which knock u dead and cause horrible side effects. This is a totally pure product and works with your energy to balance it. While many books seem to refer to these remedies as somewhat short term, you can use them over a long period/until energy state is stabilized. If you have long-term anxiety, the kCALMING may take a while to rectify, but do not lose hope (there is a remedy for that as well), so you might want to combine a vervain with that! A little goes a long way with the Bach remedies because they come in stock bottles so you can take a one ounce amber glass bottle with dropper, fill one third with water, two thirds with vodka and add two to four drops of the flower remedy to it. That’s it, done. One stock bottle will last a long time if you dose from the dosage bottle. I’ve been using these remedies for decades. I had to take vervain myself when my tendency was to push hard after a whopper snow storm and shovel up every bit. With this remedy I could live with a shoveled out path for adequate passage. I also give it to the cats. One drop of rescue remedy for general stress, especially vet visits, taken from the dosage bottle into a glass of water and that poured into two large water bowls. No need to put it in their food where they can taste the alcohol used as a preservative. You can also put some on your hand and pet them or in a spray bottle with water to cleanse the house if your vibe has been to over push yourself. Then vervain is needed.

I have a cat that goes nuts when he isn't allowed outside. We were both going crazy until I put 4 drops of this in his food. Happy to report this product calmed him down without knocking him out. It's a regular staple now in our house.

This stuff works wonders naturally for stress and anxiety. Especially when you put a few drops in DRAM Holy Basil & Lemon sparkling water. Literally the best anti-anxiety natural remedy of all time. Highly recommend.

If you’re highly sensitive person, Bach remedies might be for you, but it’s best to work with a knowledgeable practitioner. I am a huge fan of rescue sleep, remedy in the spray or liquid as it will not make you sleepy, but it has an anti-ruminative ingredient that’s good for anytime day or night. Another marvelous remedy in this line is rock rose. If you have panic attacks, just a few drops under your tongue will shift your sense of dread to a manageable level. While there are Questionnaires online that supposedly point you to the right remedy, and they can be useful, I have found, after using these remedies for 30 years, that a consultation with a practitioner is often worth the time and money. You might want to check out British Bach practitioners as they seem to charge less for an assessment and follow up.

I bought this for better sleep and I do sleep better. I take about two or three drops on my tongue and I usually fall asleep within about half hour and definitely sleep better

I rarely leave product reviews, but I’m blown away by this magic in a bottle. We adopted a Pitbull mix a year ago and since then have spent over $5000 trying not to have to rehome this dog. She’s bitten us, won’t walk calmly on a leash no matter how much training we go through. We’ve tried countless leashes collars, muzzles, toys, training products, Prozac, Zanex, CBD, tactics to keep her from pottying in the house….we’ve put a taller privacy fence in our backyard after she got in a fight with another dog, been to the ER with her twice. She has destroyed doors, trim, floors, clothing, even a dishwasher! 😂 My life has revolves around this dog, and I finally decided it was time to find a better home for her…but that is impossible right now. Shelters are completely full, won’t take an aggressive dog, and I refuse to euthanize her. As a last resort I found this. I did not have high hopes. I really don’t want to jinx it but on day three, she is calm, peaceful, obedient, and…normal. Not high and creepy like she is on Trazadone, just…normal. It seems pricey but holy cow, if it continues to work this well I would pay more for it! 😃
