I am extremely disappointed with this product. I have been buying your edible sugar paper for four years, and the quality has always been consistent and reliable. This time, however, I received a completely different product. The first thing I noticed was the packaging. It used to come in a glossy package, but this order arrived in a matte package. At first, I assumed you had simply changed the packaging. Unfortunately, it turns out that you also completely changed the paper itself. The new paper is terrible to work with. It crumbles and breaks very easily. Even when I manage to print on a sheet without it falling apart, the paper becomes sticky and sticks to my hands. It is also nearly impossible to peel it off the backing sheet without damaging it, which makes it practically unusable for its intended purpose. Another major issue is that the new paper absorbs moisture from the air extremely quickly and becomes very soft and difficult to handle. The previous version did not absorb humidity nearly as fast and remained firm and workable for much longer. The difference between the old and new paper is very noticeable. After purchasing this product consistently for four years, I know exactly what the previous quality was like, and this is absolutely not the same product. I am extremely disappointed with this change. Please bring back the original sugar paper and the quality you had before. The old version worked perfectly, while this new version is simply unusable.

I really love these. We use these in our bakery and they're great! They absorb color well and aren't flimsy or fragile. Super easy to work with, too.
