DOES ACCENT FOOD ENHANCER CONTAIN MSG

It contains MSG. But then, you get glutamate from eating mushrooms, soy sauce, tomatoes, broccoli. There's no harm from it.

So what does this stuff taste like anyway, like if you were to taste it by itself?

On its own it has a unique taste which I would say is rather bland. On food it enhances the flavor. I only use it on meat, my wife puts it on lots of things like popcorn etc..

Does Accent test this product on animals?

I don't fully understand what you are asking. "test on animals'?

Does Accent contain any pottassium?

The name says it all. MonoSODIUM glutimate (MSG) It is the the sodium salt of glutaric acid. However, that said, almost every salt contains a few molecules of other counter ions, such as potassium,, magnesium, etc. It would be hard to ascertain the ionic purity without running an AA (atomic absorption) assay on it, or maybe a GC (gas chromatography). Isn't chemistry fun!!

Repeat order, genuine item from the States. Well priced. Had to wait for the absurd postage went down before reordering. At one point the postage was more than the product!

This is MSG, that you can buy for less than £1

Its on Amazon for 1kg for £2.99. Why is this, which is 100% MSG only, 20 times the price?

Accent Flavoring

I luv this seasoning, it's hard to find in grocery stores. Back in the day it was MSG and I grew up using it. It definitely wakes up the flavor of any food. It's something I'll always buy.
