I own several different styles of plasma lighters and the fireball technology beats them all. The electron cloud surrounding the main plasma arc greatly increases the heating area making your device a more convenient ignition source. The fit, finish and appearance is also incomparably excellent.That being said, the print material (instructions and warranty) are without a doubt the worse I have ever encountered. Firstly, the English language translation is so poor as to make the instructions incomprehensible. Secondly, the charging instructions say to stop charging the device when the LED charging indicator light shuts off. Well, the charging indicator light never shuts off on this lighter. It does, however change color from red to green. The purchaser has no way of knowing what that color change means. Does the color change to green mean that the device is fully charged or should the purchaser continue to charge the device until the green LED indicator light shuts off. There is no way to know from the instructions as a green colored light is never mentioned.Lastly, the stated one year warranty and registration form on the last page are valueless as there is no manufacturer or seller identified or listed anywhere in the instructions. Neither is an address, phone number nor website indicating where the warranty registration form should be sent or where the purchaser can obtain the “lifetime” service mentioned in the warranty statement. Neither can I identify your company by either the corporate or brand name SAYZEL.This an excellent and useful product. It is unfortunate and disappointing that this excellent product is not supported by understandable instructions, a valid warranty or a verifiable identity of either the manufacturer or seller. There is not even a country of origin listed anywhere on the product or its packaging.The seller and the Fireball lighter both deserve 5 star ratings. Shipping was fast and the lighter’s technology is clearly an improvement over previous designs. Unfortunately, without decent, understandable instructions and no one to contact with questions or warranty support, I cannot recommend purchasing this product.Fast forward August 2019: Both lighters purchased are dead after well less than a year. No warranty. No response. Now garbage.

I've only had this lighter for about a week now. I used it for about 7 days and so far had to charge this lighter up twice. My other plasma lighter had to be recharged about once a week. This lighter takes about half the amount of time to charge. The fireball does light fine. I wish it came with a brush to clean the debris off.

What a cool piece of tech. Essentially a little Arc furnace in the palm of your hand, this lighter can address most lighting needs, though, the traditional form-factor makes it difficult to get to some hard-to-reach areas or deep candles.In these cases, you light something else with the lighter (bamboo stick or similar) and use it to reach those. Charges quickly, feels solid, worth checking out.

Lighter is nice hold a charge for about 60 cigs lights then will need a charge . Would be nice to have a charge level to let you know how low it is . Charges quick . Like it so far lets see how long it will last I have had it for a week . Its wind proof

Its seems ok, I think its better suited for a cigarette then a cigar. It just doesn’t have enough space for the cigar to get close enough, Id say if your not smoking cigars this a great product to buy. For the short time Iv had it it seems to light smaller things very well.

This is the third plasma lighter that I've owned one with the single Ark one with the double and now the fireball Fireball seems to be better than the first two we'll see how long it lasts if it lasts a year that would be so far so good I like it

Didnt see much of a “fireball” effect and it was hard to light my weed bowl with, and if you drop it in the toilet it wont work after. I should have just flushed.... my fault not its.

I think it's not for cigars.i have having tough time lighting my cigars. I bought this just for my cigars but it's not what I thought it was.Overall it's a descent lighter.I will keep it.
