This product is a life saver. I take 3 at dinner every night and sleep so much better, no night sweats, no hot flashes, and hair is growing! Feel so much better. Such a great product. The only thing is, like everything else it stops working after a while so I only take it for 3 months then stop and take Estroven (if needed for hot flashes). So take in a 3 months on and 3 months off rotation

This is my 2nd order and I absolutely love these capsules. Its doing oddly different things for me like Im having less hot flashes and the cellulite on my legs has almost disappeared. I am a pharmacy technician for over 20yrs and I have never seen all the gelatin capsules stick together but when I opened the bag, the gel capsules were all stuck in a clump and I have been spending weeks trying to loosen them so I dont waste them. All my years as a tech I have never seen a mess like this. My daughter gave me her bag but its not the same brand but I will use them until I can buy another bag of this brand. They are ruined and stuck together and they are leaking as I pull them away. Im not sure if they put those dry packets inside of the bag but this one did not have one. Other than that I love this product. After looking at review pics I see there are many people who have had the same problem, and I will be returning them back the next time this happens to me again.
