Can i use this to replace the fluid in my aio cooler?

This is a complete fluid, so I imagine you could. Be aware though that opening the AIO may invalidate its warranty. Perhaps check with the manufacturer.

Is this non conductive

I placed a 12 volt live wire from power supply into this and probed between motherboard ground and live into pot and my meter read 12 volt so it seems it is very conductive

Smells like a weak Mix

Smells like a weak mix compared to the X1 Clear ive got in the past, This is also mixed with UV Lime Yellow, which should be mentioned in the ITEM TITLE!
