HAIFUAN Security Digital Keyless Code Door Lock, Unlock with Code Card and Key(HFAM10-R-ORB)

I am very pleased with this lock. The only complaint I have is the directions for installation. But I watched the seller's video for installation and it was a breeze from there. Excellent video. If I would have had to go by written directions on this, it would have been way harder to understand. I recommend anyone buying this to watch the video. I did have a defective handle on the first one I ordered and contacted the seller. He sent me a replacement very quickly. Overall, very nice transaction and I would definitely buy this lock again. If I would have had to buy this lock in the store it would have easily been twice the price. I will know how well the lock holds up when winter comes around here in ND. Lets see if it can handle our brutal cold. This was put on my front door so I am hoping the keypad will handle the cold winters we have. Crossing my fingers....................

As you can see, the screws in the base (built in screws) are slightly off. I spent hours trying to get it on and realized that the actual base is incorrect. Sending back for a replacement to try, but after all this time trying plus it’s for my business and now I have to wait longer and find free time again, it’s only 2 stars because manufacturers didn’t check for quality control before sending out

This lock is useless for front door. No deadbolt! I bought in Oct, had to get it installed since it's very confusing, just took it out last week and after having it installed realized no deadbolt. Not safe ! So disappointed. I wish I could return or exchange for one with deadbolt. :(

It works great. However, few days after installed, I got trapped for hours into my room. The center part (cylynder) fail.

Did not last even a year.

Purchased this lock for outside entrance door on a bright sunny day. Once powered up, could barely see the numbers on the key pad. Had to kneel down in front of it to try and program all to no avail. Moved lock to inner door in front hall, also well lit from large windows but was able to program it. Tried the support line and rep said he could see the numbers on the photo so no resolution to the issue. Should have stayed with the Haifuan push button digital lock which we have three of already and have worked flawlessly over the years. Only went with the new one for it's looks and all the pictures of it in the literature and even operating manual show the number crisp and clear.
