dieting couldn't be easier!
thank g-d for konjac. equivalent amount of pasta would be 6 x's calories. konjac noodles are close to flavorless but carries sauces well.

Low carb & low calorie
Love these with meat sauce. Best if rinsed well, chop in small pieces, saute in olive oil, then put lots of sauce & cheese on them.

Several packets were ruptured and the smell was horrible. Never ate any of them as a result

Good if you have a recipe
These are hard to work with, there is zero flavor to them so they need to be flavored from whatever you are adding them too. The noodle itself is also different than any other I've had, it's slimy and hard not soft and textured like a typical noodle. These probably work well for specific dishes and are great for carb counting, but I just couldn't make a dish where they worked well
