How do you use the T tool?

You place the batter in the center then use the T-tool to spread it going clockwise to thin it out. Kinda like put one side of the T to the center and the other side at 12 o'clock and move the 12 side all the way around the face till the batter is thin and smooth.

one reviewer said there is no off switch and it needs to be unplugged to turn off. Is this true?

I have the same problem. It won’t turn off even at 0 setting. The red light stays in the entire time. Is this a defect?

Can this be used to make lefse?

I wasn’t sure what a lefse was, I googled it and I have to say I really don’t know I have never made anything but crepes on it , which by the way makes great crepes. I’m not sure how a thicker batter would work. I’m sorry I couldn’t be if more help to you.
