Can't read the dials with everything spinning so fast--I'm worried this will fall out of the chuck and fly across the room! Engine timing strobe?

you cannot have the machine spinning, it must be stopped, you zero the clock on the right hand side, then you spin the chuck with your hand and place the left clock where the right clock used to be, then zero that one as well then again with your hands turn the spindle until both clock faces are facing you, then start tramming the mill machine until both clocks are on zero. you will have to either drop or lift the table to keep clocks on zero then the milling head will be trammed properly when both clocks indicate the zero point.

Is the 1/2” center pin removable ? Either threaded or pressed on? I would like to use a 1/4” pin also to use on different machines . I can make 1/4”

The center bar is press fit so not intended to be removable. I assume it could mess up the 90 degree alignment if one were to press that bar out and replace with another one.
