MB has improved my life
I am 72 and have used methylene blue for a year. It's benefits are remarkable. Besides giving me the energy of a much younger man, my memory has improved hugely and another unexpected benefit was that I no longer have the BPH that troubled me for a few years. Finding the right dose for you is important so take your time start slowly and increase dose as you adjust to it. Be very careful not to spill even a drop because it will stain.
