From the #1 New York Times best-selling author Neil Gaiman! One of the most popular and critically acclaimed graphic novels of all time, Neil Gaiman's award-winning masterpiece The Sandman set the standard for mature, lyrical fantasy in the modern comics era. Illustrated by talented artists, the series is a rich blend of modern and ancient mythology in which contemporary fiction, historical drama, and legend are seamlessly interwoven. Featuring a brand-new cover and collecting issues #9-16 of the original run of The Sandman , The Doll's House follows a young woman named Rose Walker as she discovers the singular nature of her identity. Rose's journey is watched closely by the King of Dreams, for whom she becomes both an intriguing mystery and a deadly threat. Review: sandman vol 2 - The first one was pretty good but this, this is amazing. The characters are so complex and relatable. There are story’s of fantasy and horror. I will definitely be reading vol 3 Review: Neil Gaiman does not disappoint - The Doll's House The second in this remarkable series is just as amazing as the first. Another of the endless is revealed in Desire who is playing a long game on her/his/its brother Morpheus. The story follows Rose Waker who is going to England to meet her grandmother, the same character from #1 who was impregnated while asleep. Her meeting with her grandmother is just the beginning of this tale. She must go on to find her brother who she has not seen in years. My favorite character in this book is the man who never dies and ultimately who he turns out to be. Neil Gaiman is an amazing talent and I am so angry that it took so many years for me to read this series. I would never want to give away an ending but this story and how the dream vortex was resolved is fantastic. Read this graphic novel for you will not be disappointed.

nothing short of amazing
I’ve heard the Audible version, i’ve seen the series on Netflix and I’m finally going through the comics. The series covered the first book and this one in season one and they’ve covered it well with the details and the plot. The genius behind this plot line that everything is not only connected due to Lord Morpheus but because of separate various characters is what keeps me and I believe multiple people going forward with this series. It has vivid details in the drawings and the storytelling but it all adds up to the story that it’s not unwanted

Beginnings to the end
Not much need to preach to the people, this series is one of the top ten or twenty storylines that people should know. Rather more academic than most people are comfortable with, like reading Dune or Lord of the Rings a slightly higher level than Star Wars or other pop culture stories. The Sandman stories are the root to so much sneaky education. The old classics of Greece and mythology which are no longer relevant are replaced and updated, although the text can be as indecipherable as cave graffiti at times.

Like nothing else.
The Doll's House is like nothing else I have read. Each section had its own character and personality. And it still came together as a complete whole at the end. Each page had amazing and unique art to grab you, and the journey Rose takes is completely engrossing. I just recently started drifting away from Superhero trades. This book was a giant yank towards Gaimen. The cereal convention chapter could be a Twilight Zone episode. Loved it.

Always a “what the f..k” moment.
The art is perfect for the moods, the characters, entertaining and blood chilling, the intermixed story line perfect. Been a follower for quite awhile. YEARS ago wandered into a book store, yeah that far back, cruised through a few, was actually looking for original black and white Ninja Turtles, picked up a sandman and have been a fan ever since, have yet to be disappointed! Thank you for keeping it so creepy good!

Amazing Product and Fantastic Customer Service
This is one of my favourite series ever, but it doesn't sell in my country. I had waited a long time to be able to order it online. I'm so pleased to finally have it, and I thank Russell Books for the swift delivery and that such a precious book was delivered in perfect shape. I'm also really pleased and thankful for their amazing customer service! I would definitely purchase from them again!

Non riesco a metterlo giù
Letto il primo volume, più che soddisfatta. Questo è anche meglio, la storia ti tiene incollato al fumetto, e non vuoi metterlo giù dopo che l'hai finito.

Pray to Never Know What Dreams May Come
Freed from his captivity, Morpheus must reassert control of the Dream Realm and the World of Men when he discovers that Rose Walker is a Dream Vortex, the only thing in the world he must destroy. Gaiman's narrative is immersive and poetic, making this volume a difficult, but rewarding read. The artwork is stunning, spinning readers effortlessly between the Dream Realm and the waking world. Everyone owes themselves the time to explore 'Sandman'.

Unalterable classic graphic litterature
A classic work of graphic litterature by the author of Good Omens and American Gods. This work of art of the '90s is a must-have.
