Cleared up perioral dermatitis from food allergy really quick. Don't get it in your eyes! I put it on and let it sit a few minutes. You can feel it working. It doesn't have a scent and since it worked so well I would say it's a great value compared to the competition. Seems full strength. I only use it on my face and keep it dry between uses and it's lasted me quite a while.

I have been using this for cystic rosacea treatment at the suggestion of my dermatologist since I am a breastfeeding mother and unable to take the recommended medications (which i didn’t respond to to begin with) I’ve been using it once a day for about a couple months and have seen results.
