✮ TEAM SALE ✮ NO MORE CALLUSES - WODs with torn hands is a pain. Not any more. Say goodbye to slow frustrating training, torn hands, ring finger calluses and sweaty hand grips. ✮ SMASH YOUR PBS & ACCELERATE YOUR GAINS - We all want to improve. Complete multiple high rep workouts and protect your palms in the process. Perfect for kettlebell swings, toes-to-bars, kipping and butterfly pull ups and all other exercises where you don't want a slipping grip. Keep your grip without excess chalking.
✮ EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE - Many grips are thick and uncomfortable, pinch, blister, restrict movement, or make calluses worse. We use extremely durable but comfortable textured leather callus guards that our cross athletes tell us are the "...easiest pull up grips I've ever had to break in." Feel physically stronger in comfort with Emerge essential hand protectors.
✮ VARIETY OF PALM GRIPS SIZES AVAILABLE - Getting the wrong size reduces the effectiveness of any grip. Like all exercise gloves, workout gloves, wrist wraps and wrist straps, sizing is important. We recommend the size smaller if you're unsure as the 2 hole gymnastics grips holes can be quite large. Our easy size guide will have you working out in comfort in no time.
✮ 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - If, for whatever reason, you don't absolutely love your Emerge Fitness Grips, just return them, and we'll refund every penny (or replace it, if there is a problem). Don't wait to order your new Grips today!

TO ATHLETES WHO WANT TO MAXIMIZE THEIR GAINS Tired Of Sore Hands And Calluses From Your Workouts? Wish you could get more out of your weekly or even daily training? Say goodbye to sore hands and frustrating workouts for ever. Calluses are areas of thick skin caused by pressure or friction. The pressure causes the skin to die and form a hard, protective surface. While training they may cause pain and with high intensity workouts, they can tear leaving sores that put your training back weeks. Remove the friction and pressure on your hands by protecting your palms and you will have protected hands and a far stronger grip to produce better performances in your workouts. Pretty nice

I like these well enough, now if they last awhile that would be great, the only reason I mention this is that they are a little on the thin side but I like that about them, they form to your hand and to my pull up bar & wooden rings nicely, also I use them when I do burpees and they prevent blisters. I like to workout outside and before I got these I was getting blisters on the palm of my hands from doing burpees on my concrete patio, not anymore.

Not worth the price

I bought these to use for doing monkey bars and incline pullup jumps as a way to keep my callouses from ripping off. They worked to reasonable satisfaction to keep my callouses from ripping, but one of them began to tear after my first workout. The leather was cheap, and weak, and quite quickly tore through most of the grip. These aren't worth the cost, and I wish I wouldn't have bought them. I should have spent more time looking for a gymnastic quality grip.

Not what I expected

They don't fit the palm of my hand properly. I also need something which covers some of my fingers as well. It felt very uncomfortable trying to do pull ups with them. I tried to return them, but left on vacation and missed my opportunity. I still have them, but I don't use them. Should have spent the extra money, like my wife suggested, and bought a higher quality pair.I do not recommend.

Black and Sticky Gunk Everywhere.

Used these once, and they made my hands and equipment black and sticky. I guess it doesn't matter much if you're using a pull-up bar, but I'm using them with aerial hoops which have a lighter colored coating on them. Maybe I should coat them with some sort of chalk or powder first? Help!

Does the job

Con: This is literally a piece of leather-ish material with two holes poked out attached to a cheap, plastic velcro. I can't believe it is 20$.Pro: improves grip, liked that I wont have to wear thick gloves that make my whole hands sweat.

They were a little loose once I started using them ...

They were a little loose once I started using them so I should have sized down. The Velcro wrap was a little scratchy on the wrist - but they did protect my palms during pull ups and barbell work.
