Does anyone know what vent cover fits this model? Thank you.

Officially the MaxxAir FanMate is the correct cover. I already had a MaxxAir II and put that back on top of it. It works fine. Vent doesn't fully open but it opens plenty... as much as it does with any other vent.

Does this fan use PWM (in essence, pulsing the power to control speed) or resistors (which drain battery power faster)?

i'm not sure, but i try to conserve electricity and i haven't had any problems leaving this fan set to the Auto setting at 78ºF. the fan is quiet and has a brushless motor i believe. i am particular about accessories and their design. i like this fan a lot. i've also installed the vent cover on mine and often leave the vent open for days at a time with no issues. i highly recommend this fan.

does this unit come with the inside trim garnish?

I bought two of these and both came with the inside trim. 14 inch square. Everything needed to finish the job was in the box. I also bought the adhesive from Amazon.

I asked earlier about the fan height , but I wasn't specific enough. I'm sorry. What is the height as it sits on the roof after installation?

It's about 3 inches when the vent cover is closed.
