I was looking for a multi purpose camp shovel that could offer double-duty for other tasks. This delivers in spades (pun intended).Build quality is excellent and the wide assortment of features is a huge plus for me. One reason I chose this is the unique shape of the curved blade and hook on one side which will come in handy around the campfire as a sturdy log poker. Another nice feature are the aggressive teeth on the back side of the knife blade which can be stored inside the handle. Weight and thickness is about right giving enought heft for chopping but light enough to keep handy in a backpack.The handle sections will allow storage of other small items and the fire starter is a good addition as well. The only thing you will need to add is a case to keep it in.A very practical tactical tool.

Everything was there but missing the carrying pouch which is kinda important. Some directions would be helpful as well. No direction on pack it up but maybe cause I didn’t get the case. Also I’ve emailed twice and no response
