The instructions for set up (and this digital instrument is not intuitive) are printed in 6 point type (tiny) on a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. The instructions are command prompts only--no definitions or big picture info to help understanding what this watch can do. In looking online (manufacturers site) I found no more information. Even youtube has no uploaded video of this brand of health watch. Maybe this is a great watch, but I wouldn't know it by the information available.Information is key dreamsport Fitness Tracker. Make it easier to understand.

Works as a decent watch. Heart rate monitor works about 75% of the time. Straps and bands are comfortable.

I know you’re probably trying to find a budget friendly alternative to the big boys but this isn’t it. I bought this to use for swimming and water aerobics. I didn’t get a chance to test it out in the water because it glitched early on.Pros: heart rate function seems to be accurate when it functions properly. It’s was fairly easy to program and the strap is adjustable and elastic and really comfortable to wear all day.Cons: steps majorly inaccurate. Misfit and Fitbit are more reasonable about how to handle dominant hand movements and while the price alone would not set the same accuracy expectations as those companies I didn’t expect to see 20,000+ steps in a fairly averagely active day. Since the steps were so off so was the mileage calculation. So it’s pretty useless on that front.Two major pitfalls: no App, and heart rate interference!I realized after it arrived that there is no app. The watch holds the info for the last 7 days and that’s the only way you can see your info. I was gonna overlook this HUGE disappointment because the other features were good but then I took a drive.What I eventually surmised is that the heart rate monitor receives radio interference. As soon as I turned the car on my heart rate jumped up to the upper 200’s. Since I was NOT in cardiac arrest I knew something was majorly wrong. So I moved the strap and adjusted myself but soon realized that the car was the interference. The same thing happened while standing near a running microwave.Here’s the reason why I’m returning it, after the wave interference I noticed what I think were static waves or something coming from the watch. Bottom line, I don’t feel safe and therefore would def not recommended buying this product.

Arrived quickly. Feels solid and heavy.I find that quite motivating, and enjoy the tiny, animated celebration when I meet my goal. I would have rated it five If it has app.

I agree with other reviews. The instruction manual for this watch/ monitor are very tiny print and also don’t make it easy to figure out how to track your calories burned or to use some of the functions. I wore this during a strenuous workout and it did NOT acurately track my heart rate. Wound up returning it since not useful to me at all.
