Adequate substitute but too much sodium
Good flavor but not as good as flying horse which is no longer available . Would prefer less sodium .

This stuff is amazing
My wife and I were eating at a restaurant that was new-to-us. It was a Vietnamese fusion place. We both noticed how much we liked the "soy sauce" and asked the owner what it was. He bought out a bottle and showed us. We purchased this and use it all the time. It has a really nice flavor and has made us enjoy our home cooked chinese food a lot more. Recommended
