Woman Power
As women I think it’s important to find holistic ways to help us. This book has that and more. It has issues that you can search for like reproductive, stress, skin etc and then it tells you what you should take for whatever you are looking for. Also shows how to make a tincture to help. I absolutely love this.

Great book, but was sent a used one
The book is beautiful and informative, but I purchased a brand new book and was sent one that was used. I don’t mind used books at all as long as I’m know I’m paying for it. It has highlighted texts and things written in with an ink pen, some of the words are smudged, and corners crinkled. Again it’s a wonderful book that I can’t wait to really dive into, but it’s disappointing I wasn’t sent a new one that I paid for to make my own notes in.

Fabulous!
Love this book! Great detail! Couldn't be more happier! Goes through all the stages of a females life, and tinctures and herbs to help along the process. I am dealing with infertility so I'm hopeful for some of the herbs to come in handy!

Good read, useful information. Would recommend reading their first one before this one as you learn more about the harms of certain things.(they do tell you in this book to read the first).

Excellent book
I would recommend this book to all women and I wish I had read it sooner! The Herbs for Women section has become a solid reference for me. There is something for every women in this book. I would especially recommend it to anyone suffering from any hormone-related health problems, including PCOS and endometriosis.
