The easiest way to look at it is to look at the amount of potassium chloride. From 100mg of KCl you get 52mg of K, the relationship of K to Cl is almost 1:1. The 52mg is the elemental amount of the mineral, K, and is the way all of our labels are listed."

What’s the difference between the 2 being sold with the same label?

I would recommend this product . I use this product regularly.
