I will never be without this tape now that I've discovered the magic. Most shoes, no matter how good the fit or how high-end, have seams and ridges at the back where the materials are sewn. Some are downright sharp and actually cut your skin when walking (looking at you, leather flats). Sock liners tend to show or slip off. Foot Petals heel pads are great if you have a little extra room, but they're thick and can otherwise make your shoes too tight. This tape is a neutral shade that blends right in and doesn't show when worn. It covers seams and hard ridges without changing the fit. I also used it to save several pairs of woven leather sandals that I love, but the weave rubs against the top of my foot. One piece of tape inside and problem solved! (See pic). All day walking comfort in closed or open shoes. Stick wherever your shoes rub (within reason, it's not going to fix shoes that just don't fit). One roll does several pairs, good adherence, affordable enough to replace as needed. This simple padded tape really was a game-changer for this shoe fanatic. Real review, spent real money. i used this tape at disney world and it saved my feet! i definitely recommend putting it on before your activity, as a precaution instead of a bandage after you already have a blister...

The tape wasn’t very sticky and didn’t adhere to me skin very well.

I have been using bandaids on my heels for months and still end up with blisters, but this tape has changed everything! It allows me to break in stiff leather Doc Marten boots!!!!! The adhesion lasted all day and it was hardly noticable, and provided comfort for a 9-hour work day. I would highly recommend this.
