Tastes great, but high sugar content.
Apparently the % of sugar in this puts it in a dessert catergory rather than a healthy probiotic staple. I couldn't find one on amazon that had the lower Dr recommended sugar content so I bought it anyway. But I think it would be healthier to find a different brand elsewhere if you are not looking for dessert.
