Miracle pills
My daughter's doctor recommended ashwagandha for her anxiety and sea moss for my hot flashes and night sweats from perimenopause. I discovered these pills and they work great! Easy to swallow
I was dealing with inflammation and after taken this supplement the inflammation has gone away. I don't like taking pills and these pills are easy to swallow.

I don't know I felt like it's great for a vitamin but I don't think that it did anything really for me so I tried it for about a month and I just wasn't interested I'd rather buy the sour sauce liquid form then to have it in a pill because I think I have better results
