This product has helped me tremendously after eliminating all other possible causes. I take one scoop in the morning mixed in with water and I’m good for the day. Beats prescription meds.. It doesn’t taste horrible and it can also be mixed with applesauce or yogurt.

When my husband in the hospital it was the hospitalist who recommended Banatril to control my husband's diarrhea and a pouch was served with every meal. The Banatrol was gentle and natural and worked better than the up to 8 doses a day of immodium that his oncologist had authorized! I am currently suffering the after effects of stong antibiotic use and Banatrol is now helping me. A tip to mix more effectively is to be sure to add the Banatrol slowly to a glass of 4 Oz of water while stirring constantly to avoid clumps that do not blend easily. Drink immediately after mixing.

This may well be the best performing purchase I have ever made. It works 100%. Have not had an “issue” since I started using it. Twice a day, a little less than a teaspoon. Lots of ways to take it. Since I’m all about efficiency, I just put the spoon in my mouth, and wash it down with a couple gulps of orange juice. Absolutely no problem. Highly recommended.

This is a really great option for IBSD. It doesn’t solve the issue totally but it is a lot better than living on Imodium. I’ve been using this product for about 15 months it gets very expensive but it is worth it. The 90 serving size lasts me about 3 weeks

I dont write many reviews, but for this item it totally deserves it. I have been going thru some serious IBS diarrhea issues that started 2 years ago , got worse from there. It affected me throughout the day, but especially in the morning. It may be due to taking too antibiotics in the past for a stubborn infection. I was feeling hopeless because I was chained to my apartment unless there was a bathroom nearby. I e see a specialist and nothing they gave me helped and taking imodium on a daily basis I know for certain is not the way to go. I found Banatrol on Amazon, read all the reviews, ordered it and it started to work right away. I can now live my life normally and enjoyably on a daily bases without being chained to a bathroom. Yes, this item is a little pricey, but it is totally worth it and I love that the product is easy to use and has natural ingredients, regulates your system so that you can have normal bowel moments that do not have any side effects and no constipation. I just put a scoop in a 1/4 cup of oatmeal, add water, stir it and its easy to swallow and has a nice flavor. I cant say enough about its product. It does the job and you won't be disappointed. I wish I ordered this two years ago. It saved my life!

I have been battling a flare of colitis for 6 months and this is bringing it under control. It clumps a bit when mixing with liquid but continuing to stir helps that. I was afraid the taste might be overwhelming but it's pretty mild.

didn't mix that well with juices, etc. I tried. Basically didn't like the taste although i do like bananas! Metamucil worked just as well and at a lower cost

It works and good flavor. A bit expensive but worth it for me.
