Great supplement for liver health. My liver enzymes were high due to fatty liver, but after taking this supplement, my enzymes have come down. Changed my diet and increased exercise as well.

Good product I used two bottles but did not notice significant weight loss.

I think too much for me. Made me go too often.☹️

This was a terrific purchase. It is so good for your intestinal biome. Easy to swallow.

This probiotic was recommended to help with managing appetite and promoting weight loss. I didn't really notice that it made any difference in my hunger, cravings for sweets, etc. It didn't cause any digestive upset or other ill effects, but it didn't work as I had hoped. While I believe that probiotics can be very useful in some situations, I didn't find that this particular one was beneficial for me and probably won't buy it again.

So in preface... Before taking these supplements, I was already taking a great digestive enzyme with pre and probiotics and psyllium husk fiber to balance my gut issues with not having a gall bladder any longer. My husband and I heard some rave reviews of this up and coming gut balancing supplement. Took the risk, gave it time to see if it worked for me and i regretted it. I believe the group of supplements I was taking prior was far better than this, unfortunately. If you have had to get gall bladder removal, take those and also focus on liver health!
