GREAT FOR SIBO.... Helped SIBO more than anything I ever tried. Went from bloating and constipated to not after 2 weeks. Was scared to try for so long becuase I react bad to everything but this worked Im so happy I tried. First pillar in healing sibo is to get you gut moving. Take once at night with 2-3 magnsium citrate also in the morning when you wake up no mag.

I was hoping this would work for me but it didn’t, I went through a hole bottle with no results UPDATE: After I posted my one star review, seller contacted me to offer a full refund. This was completely unsolicited. In the 20+ years of buying off Amazon this is the only time a seller has offered a refund without being asked. I didn’t think this product had anything wrong with it I just figured that it didn’t work for me and whatever is causing my issues. So based on their excellent customer service, I am changing my review to 5 star.

I don't think I have ever written a negative review on Amazon before but I felt inclined to here just to warn anyone who might have stomach motility issues... Bought this because I have a history of SIBO (confirmed) and figured speeding up motility would help. For whatever reason, this product caused me pretty severe stomach discomfort. Like a serious burning and or sourness feeling. I don't have any history of gastritis or stomach ulcers or stomach wall inflammation as all my previous three endoscopies did not show anything like that. So for me, even though my stomach wall is not inflamed, this still caused me really really terrible symptoms for whatever reason. The company seems like a solid company, and I am not questioning the quality of the product or price but... This might be the first time I have ever bought a supplement that caused me pretty severe distress when following the dosage correctly. Maybe try this product if you KNOW for a fact that your issue is solely small bowel motility and not stomach motility because if your stomach is even remotely slow, you might get symptoms similar to mine, maybe from prolonged exposure to the active ingredients? I'm not sure but just be careful with this one. I think in total I only used maybe 6 or 7 capsules and I physically cant take them anymore unfortunately.

I won't lie, I was honestly a little scared to purchase this because of the reviews, but after trying 2 different motility activators with no results: I took the chance on this and boy am I glad I did! I take this in addition to an herbal protocol + digestive enzymes prescribed to me by an herbalist as part of a treatment to see if we can get my SIBO eradicated and I must say: it works extremely well. I'm not one for exaggeration and am the type of person who is QUITE nitpicky/skeptical of things like this, but I'm surprised to say that not only does it actually work: it also works WELL and I personally haven't had any side effects. With this + the digestive enzymes alone, I went from rarely getting hungry, feeling generally unwell, and having a BM once every 1.5 weeks at most to getting hungry every 4 hours, feeling quite a bit better, and going at least twice per day. After being sick for so long, trying so many different things, and seeing no results, it honestly feels like a godsend. My only gripe is that it's a bit pricey and the bottle is only halfway full of pills but other than that? It's great. This works for me, I wish it did for everyone else but if you're in a position like I am: it's worth a shot, at least!

I have slow motility from methane sibo. This was recommended, however I didn't feel like it worked as well as I hoped. But I also think my motility issue is severe enough that it's not a reflection of this product. I found success if I took twice the recommended dose on the bottle. I also take other motility supplements, and even with all their powers combined, I still struggle. So it's definitely a me thing, not a them thing. It's worth a try for those suffering from a slow metabolism. I wish there was an extra strength version that was 3x stronger. But that might be too much for most people. When the company realized I didn't see drastic improvement, they offered me a refund. To me it speaks volumes about their company and their integrity. They stand by their product. I really appreciate the level of care and customer service they provide. They care about their customers and I'm highly impressed with their company.

Seems to work well

These capsules have really helped me get some gut motility going. I have a very slow gut and have suffered for years with bloating, gas pain and acid reflux. Now I take one capsule of Motility Activator twice a day … and I actually have motility! I am able to get rid of gas, my bloating has gone away, and I seldom have acid reflux now. The only drawback is the high price, but I will sure pay it for the improvement in my GI health!
