Tasty, But Not The Results as Suggested
As a supplement to support GLP1 medications, it probably does something. But as for “keeping you feeling full” or “appetite suppressant”, can’t say either occurred for me. Not worth twenty bucks to continue past the one bottle I tried. Certainly could have a placebo effect, but not on me.

Great Product...Just Not for Me!
First, allow me to say that I believe this is a great product, only not for me! I have borderline hypertension which does cause some supplements to effect it in a negative way. Unfortunately, this jacked up my BP and also caused a good bit of nervousness. That could be from my BP going up so it might not effect anyone else that way.It is nice tasting and I'm bummed that I can't take it.Be safe if you have hypertension and good luck!
