What are the sizes of wheels & can you take them off so I can put winter wheels on or put some kind of grip over the wheels.

Hello. The rear wheels are approximately 10" in diameter and can be easily and quickly removed. The front wheel is approximately 8" and can be removed but unscrewing one bolt. Thank you.

What is the thing on handle for?

Hello! The bracket on the side of the handle is to attach an optional umbrella holder.

Is this suitable for juniors

Hello. It is designed for adults but it may be suitable for juniors depending on their size. The handle height can be adjusted between 96-112cm.

How to build this and add on the front tyre?

Hello. The rear wheels push in to the brackets and may require a small push on the red release button. The front wheel pivots in a 'u' shaped metal bracket and this bracket bolts on to the frame behind the lower bag rest. There should be instructions in the box that can help but do feel free to contact us directly if you need any further help.
