Quite extraordinary. Life changing. Having suffered with neck problems for years following whiplash and other injuries, spending fortunes on chiropractors, this simple device has restored movement, removed 'lock up' and ended pain.

This a great, the positioning takes a little getting used too. Personally I found the small lumps on the design where a little too hard and put pressure on bony areas which made it a little uncomfortable but after a few tries seems to be better. Leaves my spine feeling stretch and less tense after just 5 mins of use.

Gave some relief with my neck pain but still put my neck in tension rather than stretch it out which is what I had hoped

Been in hospital with neck pain, been out about 4 days, bought this and just used it and comfort from it immediately i think. Unsure how long that will last, nor if there will be blowback. One thing that lept out at me is how good this kit could prove to be if you have any postural challenges, with work or for other reasons. I think the design is really intelligent, the fit works for me really good.

super simple and cheap solve to my sprained back and pinched nerve. highly recommend. used it as a pillow for 6 weeks. took it everywhere with me. gave me great relief.

Made absolutely no difference to neck pain and provide no relief. Does not stretch neck whatsoever. Just a lump of useless plastic. Extremely small so I cannot see how it stretches anyone’s neck. I am only 5ft and weigh 8st so am very petite. Don’t waste your money.

Oh my gosh this is soooo amazing after just receiving it today and only using it once has made a massive difference for me I’m 41 female and weigh 64kgs and have quite broad shoulders and I’m quite a stressed out person and I don’t sleep well at all. I have bought a ridiculous amount of pillows over the years and lotus wheels and had so many massages and physio and have been to the chiropractor but this $20 device is by far better then all of them. I almost fell asleep on it but used it for about 30 minutes because it felt so good. My neck is not tense anymore and my shoulders feel so much looser. One of my best ever buys thank you thank you thank you :)

Has helped me with neck-tightness headaches and my wife with a herniated disc. Has pressure pads on it that relax the muscles - my wife is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and approves this product. Alleviates pain in 5-20 min of focused use.

مؤلم للرقبة ولا انصح به أبدا. مصنوع من بلاستيك قوي وغير مرن وممكن ان يسبب اصابات وانزلاقات في فقرات العنق. كنت اتوقع انه لين ومصنوع من الفوم لتخفيف الضغط على فقرات الرقبة ولكنه يسبب في الم اكبر من المشكلة الاصلية.

Ich war am Anfang ehrlich gesagt etwas irritiert, weil sich der Nackendehner zunächst recht ungewohnt anfühlt. Bequem würde ich die ersten Minuten nicht unbedingt nennen. Nach kurzer Zeit gewöhnt man sich aber daran, und dann merkt man, dass genau diese Dehnung eigentlich sehr angenehm ist. Der Effekt ist bei mir definitiv spürbar. Gerade nach langen Arbeitstagen oder wenn der Nacken mal wieder verspannt ist, fühlt sich die Muskulatur danach deutlich lockerer an. Natürlich löst das nicht jedes Problem über Nacht, aber es kann helfen, Verspannungen zu lösen und ihnen bei regelmäßiger Anwendung entgegenzuwirken. Für mich hat sich der Kauf jedenfalls gelohnt und ich nutze den Nackendehner inzwischen regelmäßig. Klare Empfehlung von mir. 👍
