what is the best colour grouting to use with the stainless steel colour tiles

Can you cut these with sharp scissors or a stanley knife?

These are tile pieces on a mesh backing sheet, the backing sheet can be cut with scissors or a sharp blade but the tile pieces would need and electric tile cutter.
