This is made from high quality material. I love the ring to keep the ball steady and the resistance bands are adjustable to make them tighter. Although the bands are fun I would not say they substitute for traditional resistance bands. Also, the ball and ring had such bad offgassing that I had to leave them out on my deck for 48 hours before it went away. I washed it down with dishwashing liquid and it had no effect. No exaggeration, I had to move them to the far side of my deck because you could smell them in my house when they were near the closed door!! There is no way you could leave these in your house in the beginning. Other reviews did not mention this so I wanted to emphasize it!!! But otherwise this is a great choice for an exercise ball and the purple color is rich just like the picture. Easy to use the foot pump to inflate. Great ball!

Purchased this yoga ball in black and just love it in our workout room. Works great as a workout bench instead of actually having a workout bench in the room, we purchased this ball. It is winner!!! In order to inflate this ball, we had to use our car tire inflator because just to blow it up manually would take a very long time. It took us about 15 minutes to have the ball and the ball stand all inflated and ready to work on. It came out great and after a month the ball is still inflated. I would recommend using a manual pump or other ways of inflating the ball because to do it without any help will take too long. The ball works great! I can sit on it and work on several body parts with weights and my core at the same time! The ball comes with a poster with many types of excercises you can do using the yoga ball and straps. I have tried them all and they are excellent! You will feel your muscles the next day for sure! Very happy with this yoga ball!!! Does the job and looks great in our workout room too! Would recommend this item to my fellow shoppers

I purchased this stability ball to help with low back pain from multiple bulging discs in my lumbar spine. I had another stability ball but wanted one with the base to provide more stability while exercising as my core is not as strong as it should be. The ball and base are of high quality and much thicker than my previous ball. It's also a larger ball which has proven to be better for my back, even though I'm only 5'6". The ring does not provide as much stability as I'd hoped when trying to use the resistance bands and the ball falls off the ring pretty easily. I have used the ball by itself to stretch out my core and back. I have reduced my pain levels significantly thanks to this ball. I also found it a little difficult to inflate. The hose on the foot pump kept popping off which was a little frustrating. It probably took me 25-30 minutes to fully inflate the ball to the recommended 90%.

Not sure if my last review went through but if it did I WAS WRONG!! The missing bag was tucked up under the box flap under a white piece of paper that I thought was the bottom of the box. Also, I did not unfold the white piece of paper which was the exercise sheet. I honestly did not open it and thought it was the bottom of the box. My apologies to the seller! Now that is said I LOVE this ball. It is only 90% inflated as that is what the directions state to do first. It is very thick and sturdy. You honestly get an arm workout just pumping it up so get ready. I would recommend this product. Again, my apologies to the company/seller!!

I bought this to help keep my daughter entertained in my off time and to give me a necessary tool to keep me from sitting 100% of the day. I find this product to be amazing, so much so that I often end up using it more as a desk chair than allowing it to be used as a toy or exercise tool. That all being said the only con I could think of is the pump, its a normal plastic slightly cheap pump. Since this ball is much larger than I imagined, a tip would be to make your husband pump it up because the pump does not make it any less work intensive. Tip: Allow the ball 24 hours to sit once pumped. Once 24 hours have passed sit on the ball and adjust the volume of air it contains to the point at which your thighs are horizontal to the floor while you're sitting up with your feet flat. I would recommend this to a family member or friend.

It clearly states in the manual that for the ball to fit the ring both must be fully inflated. I get that but fully inflating these things especially with that little pump they provide is a very sisyphean task. The ball is sturdy and decent and if you are into the color orange like my wife it's even better. The ring is a cool idea but getting inflated to the proper inflation level is very difficult. I'm just going to fall out and call it a design flaw. The seal plug provided is so large that a large volume of air will escapes even if you over inflate still leaves the ring under inflated. The provided pump, throw it away with a packaging and find someone with an air compressor. Or, this can be your daily workout for the next two weeks. Just make sure you get a yoga pad because you will need to meditate and calm your nerves after using it. With all that everyone in the family does enjoy the exercise ball. The ring even though it is uninflated it still does enough to steady the ball in place. Also the use of an old towel wrapped on the inside of it was a great help. Three stars because -1 for the pump and -1 for the design fail of the ring seal plug.

I loved that I got an email from the seller before my item arrived expressing concern about my satisfaction ~ great customer service out of the gate. Item arrived very quickly, with detailed instructions, and everything I needed to inflate my ball and ring ~ even a measuring tape to make sure I was at proper inflation. It took a few minutes of foot pumping for me to inflate the ball to the recommended 90%; I waited 24 hours and then completed the process. The ball is sturdy, and the included poster of exercises that can be done was so helpful. This item is in my yoga room, and when I am not actively using it, I use it as a chair at my desk or vanity so that I get maximum use out of it. I am very satisfied with my product so far, and look forward to lots of use. I will post pics when I get a chance.

I have a herniated disc that causes me ALOT of pain when sitting for long periods of time. I purchased this to use instead of my office chair as a last ditch effort because of how much pain I was in at the end of the work day. This ball has been a lifesaver. I no longer have pain in my back or hip while working. The material is very thick and can handle alot of weight without popping. I have had a toddler color on it with pen and animals jumping on the side while I sit on it. The material is strong enough that there are not even marks left from it. If you have back or hip pain when sitting, I highly recommend you try this.

J'ai pris le gris. L'anneau de stabilité et le ballon n'ont pas la même épaisseur de caoutchouc, l'anneau étant beaucoup plus épaisse, cela joue sur la couleur et celle de la base est plus foncée, par contre elle est aussi plus solide et comme les câbles de résistance sont fixés sur celle-ci, je crois que c'est un plus. Le ballon 65 est très confortable pour moi, je ne mesure que 5.1 . Mon conjoint qui mesure 5.11 est habitué sur un plus gros ballon au centre d'entrainement mais réussi quand même à faire des exercices. Les câbles n'offre pas une grande résistance mais j'en ai d'autres que je vais pouvoir utilisé tout en vérifiant pour ne pas abimé la base.
