Can i buy forks separately?

I don’t really know as I never received my order. I guess it got lost and they were unable to resend my order

What is the weight of the untensils?

I can't help with actual weight, but they are much easier for husband to grip with balance. Normal silverware is too thin and lightweight for his hand.

Does that little stand/elevation underneath the utensil get in the way?

Not at all. Very easy to use for someone who needs a little help. They rest nicely with the extra piece and or rest on the plate or bowl. It’s been the best purchase for us in keeping our grandpa out of a nursing home during Covid and home with us.

I wouldn't try it. The handles are very heavy but can't tell how far the metal part of the Utensils are anchored into the handles could be all the way, could be just a few inches.
