Great for training and keeping you from losing the habit when on autopilot
This is a little pricey but it’s good quality and most importantly it helps you implement butyeko method. I use it when I’m working in the office sitting and standing as it it can be easy to lose awareness of breathing and go back to your old way and this helps me maintain the habit of better breathing. Do read the book called Breath where the method is mentioned and much more. Buy this unless you are great at sticking to habits when on autopilot.

A very simple 'device' that helps you get your breathing right for the Oxygen Advantage method. Easy to use - would like to see who gets it wrong - and no moving parts. Can't go wrong really.

Mit dem Buteyko-Gürtel habe ich während des Tragens das Gefühl mehr Energie zu haben, da ich nicht so tief atme. Aber aufpassen, es gibt verschiedene Größen. Ich habe das bei der ersten Bestellung nicht gesehen und dann kam ein L-Gürtel, der mir viel zu groß war.

Gutes Hilfsmittel um die Bauchatmung zu üben. Hiefür ist auch die atemflow app zu empfehlen.

Rubbish, cheap crap at an over inflated price, not even worth €4, and that is being generous. Do not buy this product.. !! I bet you could use the leg of an old tracksuit and get better results.
