This mini box cutter is really convenient for opening packages, especially during busy times like the holidays. It cuts through tape and cardboard easily but feels a bit safer to handle compared to traditional metal blades. The manual retracting design also helps keep the blade covered when it’s not in use. I actually picked this up as a safer option for opening packages around the house, especially with a baby around. It works great for opening shipping boxes and Amazon packages without needing a larger utility knife. This cutter is excellent. It cuts better than a regular utility knife. I’ve used it a couple of times and it always works very accurate. Little cutter love it.

I love this little thing so much! It's very cute and compact, but still effective. The magnet is nice for just sticking on the fridge for easy storage and finding when a package comes. I basically bought this so I can help open packages in the clinic when new inventory comes in. I'm still a student, but I'm looking forward to working! It's the PERFECT size to stash in a scrub pocket. The blade locks nicely and it's easy to slide it out when needed. Cutting is really easy too, but you will still need to be careful not to cut the thing in the box, depending on what it is.

These are great little box cutters at a good price, and the ceramic blade has a really long useful lifespan. The only reason I'm docking it one star is that 1) the magnet that holds it onto your refrigerator (where you may well end up putting it) is pretty weak; and 2) if it falls to the floor, the construction is rather flimsy and it may well come apart. It's easy enough to snap back together, but I wish the construction was a little more solid. That said, it disassembles to enable you to replace the blade, which is great and saves it from being a disposable item. Tip: when the blade starts getting dull eventually, open it up and flip the blade around -- there's a whole other fresh edge there for you to use. I got like a year of regular box cutting out of mine before it dulled.

I was tired of opening boxes with the typical metal razor blade box cutter. The blades are long, dangerous and can easily cut into whatever is in the box you are opening. I bought one of these and am very happy I did. They cut through thick cardboard, yet will not cut your finger or whatever is inside the box you are opening. I liked them so much that I have since bought two more to have them in multiple locations around the house and have recommended them to others.

Super helpful to have on the side of the refrigerator for packages — we keep one for food and one for mail (different colors). While moving, it was a safe alternative to caring around a box cutter in my pocket. Looks expensive, but worth the price…

What a great idea! Love to have something small to keep at my desk to open packages. I love that they are ceramic and strong enough to cut tape/cardboard, but not so sharp that I cut myself. I love that they have little magnets so they can hang on my cubicle. What don't I love? They fall apart. Most times when I pick it up, the top/bottom covers separate, and I have to spend a couple of minutes clipping them back together. a

Most used item in the kitchen right now. Had it for a while now and always saves the day. It has a magnet so you can stick it anywhere in the kitchen.

Must have. Little costly but worth it as easily cuts through boxes and plastic wraps without effort and risk of cuts. My kids can use safely

Very handy and convenient. Love the fact that you don’t have to be super careful as you’re not going to cut yourself. Just ordered the second one - hope they restock soon so I don’t have to use a regular knife or scissors ever again.
