Offset Santoku Knife – Sharp German Stainless Steel Blade – Sustainable Wheat Straw Handle – Precision Kitchen & Vegetable Knife – Dishwasher Safe – 3.9 inches

Great knife. Very sharp. The shape does take some getting used to.

Love this knife. It is high quality, very sharp, and easier to hold and use.

Very good weight and extremely sharp. My only concern is the handle feels a bit flimsy but time will tell. I use it every day

Cheap and does the job. Not sure how long it will hold an edge, but for this price you can afford to toss it and buy another.

Very sharp blade that cuts through food easily. I use it to slice up apples. I like the offset because it is easier on my arthritic hand. The blade cover fits snuggly and doesn’t slide off when not in use. I bought it for travel. (I can’t count on the Airbnb to have a sharp knife.)

Too flimsy. Not worth it.

I love it! It's easy to handle. And it's sharp!

I LOVE this knife. I have a full set of Henkels knives but I like this knife much better for slicing tomatoes, etc. I have arthritis in my hands and this knife is easy to hold and use. It slides with no effort through tomatoes, onions and anything else that's small. I put the sheath back on after hand washing and it lives on my counter so it's easy to grab. It hasn't made it to the knife block yet!

I recently bought the Zyliss Offset Knife, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! The 10cm blade is sharp and made from high-quality German stainless steel, making it ideal for precise cutting. The offset design gives it a great ergonomic feel, and the sustainable wheat straw handle adds a nice touch — it’s comfortable to hold and feels sturdy in hand. This knife is perfect for tasks like slicing fruits, vegetables, or even delicate herbs. It cuts with ease, and the offset blade helps keep your hand clear of the cutting surface, making it more comfortable to use for longer periods. A great tool for anyone who enjoys cooking with precision and cares about sustainability.

Extremely sharp, allows for very thin slicing of fruit and vegetables Dishwasher safe however I avoid this to avoid unnecessary blunting of the knife

A super sharp knife, scarily so. The offset works great for veg, and the handle feels super good in the hand. It is top German engineering, it is incredibly sharp, I was genuinely scared washing it because it went through the veg so effortlessly. Comes with a little sheath, and the packaging is super hard to get into. Getting the plastic wrap off took time and patience. A great knife, one of the sharpest I have ever had the pleasure of using. And the offset may seem weird upon firs inspection, but it is easy to cut with once you get used to it.

The Zyliss Offset Knife has proven to be a useful and practical tool in my kitchen. The sharp German stainless steel blade easily handles tasks like slicing vegetables and fruits; it even glides through tomatoes without difficulty. The offset design, although a bit unfamiliar at first, feels comfortable and effectively keeps your fingers at a safe distance from the cutting surface, particularly when chopping onions or preparing herbs for a roast. The handle is well-designed, fitting securely in the hand and providing a solid grip even during messier kitchen tasks. I also appreciate the use of sustainable wheat straw in its construction, this choice shows a thoughtful approach to environmental responsibility. That said, the packaging was unnecessarily difficult to open, which caused some frustration. The inclusion of a blade guard is another practical feature, making it safer to store in a drawer without risking accidental injuries or blunting the blade's edge.

This is a perfect knife for preparing vegetables. The blade is very sharp and its design allows for precise cuts. The handle is ergonomically designed and good to grip. I like that it's using some non-plastic material (wheat straw) in the handle too. Comes with a useful blade cover. Excellent value for money.
