Can you please explain how to make it? I keep trying different suggestions (boiling amount and steeping time) but it tastes watery and not sweet at al

4c water, 1c tea, 3/4 c sugar. Bring water to a boil, add tea, let boil 3 minutes. Turn off heat, add sugar, cover, sit for 30 minutes. Strain, cool. I use 3/4 tea to 1/4 milk over ice.

How much tea can 1 bag brew?

I make a gallon at a time and 1 bag makes me 2 gallons with about 1/4 cup of tea leaves to spare. I use 3 cups per gallon

Is it leaves or just powder?

It is leaves that have been processed for you to steep in hot water and then remove. I use the little disposable bags that you can also purchase from Amazon. One of the Original Thai Iced Tea Mix, makes about 200 cups!! After brewing for 2-3 minutes, take the leaves out (if you don't have bags, a fine strainer will work to remove the leaves) add sweetened condensed milk for authentic Thai tea, or regular milk and Stevia, chill for iced tea, or make it extra strong and pour over ice cubes. Enjoy!

How many bags do i need to make a gallon??

One bag of this kind of tea will make at least 200 8 oz cups of tea!! So, you do the math. 1 bag makes a lot of tea, several gallons, I'm sure!!
