My doctor recommended I take this supplement and I found this one and like you I read all of the reviews. I take 2 each morning. All I can say is my doctor is happy with my blood test results and I am no longer deficient. I've bought is many times now and I'll continue to get this brand. I've been using for about 1 1/2 years with great results.

I was trying these in place of other more expensive suppliments in hopes they would work as well. My carb cravings are actually worse as well as my sleep, anxiety, and bloating (probably from the carbs). I use this product fir a number of different applications. I use it to keep stress at bay. It also helps during the time change when fatigue can set in. It’s a product that does not upset my stomach and is easy to use.

I bought this cortisol manager because my doctor said my cortisol levels were LOW. You need a good cortisol manager (aka adrenal support) for high or low levels of cortisol. I loved my success with it. I also like that the price is lower than some other brands.
