Why I can't erase the fault code?

Thank you for your question. At the most basic level, the check engine light indicates that some sensor, somewhere in your engine, exhaust, or transmission, has provided unexpected data to computer. That could indicate a problem with the system the sensor is responsible for monitoring, a bad sensor, or even a wiring issue. A fault code which provide a jumping off point in the diagnostic process. Then probably the vehicle still has a an issue. Codes only erase if the problem is repaired.

Can you program chipped keys with this

Unfortunately, OS601 cannot program the key. The protocol used in key programming (IMMO) is not uniformly standardized in the OBD-II protocol. So every car manufacturer can use its own communication protocol. What kind of vehicle are you driving? You can search the market for Autel or LAUNCH products, they may have released products for this feature. Please pay attention to the vehicle's compatibility list when purchasing. Generally, the more vehicle databases that professional diagnostic equipment contains, the more expensive it is.
