Not sewn properly
The strap is pulling out of where it should be held and she hasn't started school yet . Waste of money

Bag handles could have been better. With just 2 months if use, handles are starting to rip apart near the stitching.

Torn within a month
The bottom of the backpack is already tearing apart. I have a 5 year old kindergartener, there is not a lot of weight in the bag and it’s torn within a month of use.
