I honestly don't understand how this is marketed as a “10-minute painless wax.” It was a complete waste of my time, effort and money. I had to wash it all off and was left exactly where I started. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Completely ineffective and a very disappointing purchase. There was no irritation though. The fragrance was nice initially but something smells bad later on
