As a newly postpartum, nursing mom, adding an iron supplement into my daily routine was really important. I use this iron for a month. I do prefer the gel cap, so I really enjoyed that aspect of this product. However I did not notice any difference to a cheaper brand. Very easy on your stomach, easy to incorporate into your daily routine. I feel the price is a little high for the amount that you receive.

I’m anemic, but I have always had a hard time taking pills on an empty stomach - which is exactly when you have to take iron in order for it to absorb! This one doesn’t make me sick, I don’t notice an aftertaste, and after taking it for a couple weeks I have noticed a boost in energy and overall wellbeing. Side note: you’re also supposed to take iron with vitamin C to help absorption, so I snagged the Naked Vitamin C too and now it’s so easy for me in the morning!
