This Gray SmithShaper Knee Mat / Exercise Pad is known for its knee protection, shock absorption and value for a low price. It measures 14 in. x 14 in. x 1.25 in. This kneeler pad is used to protect knees, elbows, forearms, back and head from contact with the floor during floor exercises. This affordable SmithShaper exercise pad is thick with a wide surface area and weighs only 6 ounces. The odor resistant and shock absorbent SmithShaper Economy kneeling pad provides protection for your knees and elbows and eliminates pain during floor workouts or other activities. The SmithShaper Gray Exercise Pad is compact and portable and easily slips into a backpack or gym bag. Its ideal for abdominal or floor exercise such as the SmithShaper Ab-Roll, SmithShaper Sideways Jackknives and SmithShaper Core Crusher exercises. Great addition to my workout equipment!
I am very pleased with the new SmithShaper exercise mat. It does its job nicely! I can easily place both knees on the pad and it feels great. It works perfect and is comfortable for pushups with my knees on the pad. The best thing is that it’s amazing for sit-ups / stomach crunches too because the pad is thick enough to lift you above the ground enabling excellent targeted ab work since you can lean further back and tax your abs more than if you were just sitting on the ground.This kneeling cushion also has good shock absorption because I was able to stand on it like a balance pad and even jump on for doing jumping pull-ups.Last but not least, the pad has a nice look to it with a nice modern gray color that doesn’t clash with my workout outfits lol!

Great for sensitive knees
I was starting a new strength program that called for several kneeling exercises. I purchased this one as it was marketed as easy to carry and long enough for both knees to fit.It works well for any kneeling work. I actually carried it with me this week on vacation and used it for yoga out on the deck. The only caution, it is so lightweight it almost blew away with a gust of wind.It isn’t quite as long as I’d like but it works perfectly well for my purposes.

Better than the previous model.
Reasonable size for storage and use. Does not smell terrible. Seems to tolerate my 200 lbs with no problems on a daily basis.
