So let's get the negatives out the way first. The courier was an absolute what you ma call it. Now the positives. The company handles my complaint about the courier in an up most fashion and ensured I was happy throughout there after. The product is a good product. Not as sturdy as as something more expensive however for the price point this is at it isn't just good it's excellent. Overall 5 stars as product and company were outstanding.

Really quick delivery. Even showing that it will take around two week for deliver, the bed did arrive 2 days after the order. They did call informing they will deliver. It comes in three flat packs and was really easy to assemble. The instructions could be a little better to help someone that is not a DIY person! Really good finish and quality.

Lovely bed made very well was pleasantly surprised just how nice it is. Arrived ten days before specified date well packaged . You do need someone who is good at putting things together I had to pay for it to be done lots and lots of screws took a good 4 hours to put together only thing that wasn't great was the instructions not very clear had extra wood but wasn't on instructions extra screws which wasn't on instructions so had to work out for yourself really which was very time consuming but end product was worth it.

Good product for value. Drawers don't have tracks so they kind of move about when taking them out but that's about the only flaw.
