This company is based in Texas and returns phone calls! Because of an allergy to mold, I have to check ingredients from manufacturers for coconut and its derivatives. This company ranks at the top of friendly, responsive, courteous responses. I bought this product because it's one of the few without coconut, but aside from that obvious benefit, this is an excellent conditioner that improves hair health and doesn't weigh down fine hair. Smells great, and is a superb value for your buck!

If it were not for the scent, it would easily earn 5 stars from me. It's a very sweet, strong smell that, even after it dries, is stronger than my perfume. Otherwise, it is a wonderful conditioner that lasts a while and makes my household's type 2 hair look great. Bought once, would happily buy again if they came out with an unscented version.

I started the Curly Girl Method and heard a YouTuber rave about MopTop. I tried the sample pack and instantly fell in love. The shampoo and conditioner are very moisturizing while containing a good balance of protein. The consistency is perfect - not too thick but not too watery. The conditioner provides just the right amount of "slick" feel and makes my hair easy to brush. My hair feels well conditioned. But the best is the scent - who know bamboo could smell so good?? It is hard to describe, but it is a sweet, fresh scent that makes me look forward to wash days - and I'm usually intolerant to most scents. Definitely recommend.

I have been using Moptop products, several different ones, for a decade. I resonate with the fact that it’s women owned, the ingredients are natural and healthy, and they’re designed and created for curly, wavy hair for all females. The tutorials are explicit, focusing on less of the product is better and there’s a range of options from detoxing your hair, using oil in your hair, and selecting the right shampoo conditioner for one’s particular hair. A tad, pricey; however, you use very little of the product.

I love the way that it goes on my hair makes it really silky smooth not frizzy nor heavy and I like the scent. but I do get a lot of falling hair when I use it, so there's that, but then I do get a lot of falling hair in most of my hair products anyway

I got this conditioner b/c it doesn't have any harmful ingredients. It turns out it also smells nice (but doesn't linger), doesn't weigh my hair down, & is fine to use daily. I'm a fan!

I love this conditioner! It has a pleasant candy-like smell, and it makes my hair feel super silky when it's applied. It's lightweight and makes my hair feel so silky and soft after a use. However, just a warning, if you apply it to your scalp and do not wash it out all the way with cold water as instructed, it might stick to the scalp and cause some unwanted dandruff.
