Won't work
Won't work. I've tried everything to make this work, but simply won't boot up...it gets stuck into this loading screen with some wallpapers and a guy holding the phone, and won't do anything else. Paired with a galaxy s22+, miracast (smart view) won't find the device, stuck into this "check phone" screen forever. Contacting HTC support, if does not resolve it's a return for sure. Frustrating. Missing things... somewhere it says it might have the remote (it does not), needs a powerbank or outlet to power on, missing nose piece, manuals, etc.
