So it’s been officially 1 week since I have been taking hydroxy cut, and I have lost 5lbs already. exercising Everyday, healthy diet, and being in a calorie deficit has helped me a lot. I am caffeine sensitive and I do not drink any caffeine at all so when I saw that hydroxy had 150mg of caffeine, I was extremely nervous to take them but I had no bad side effects other than just fast heart beat when working out. I also only take 1 pill a day. The bottle says after day 3 of taking them switch it to 2 pills a day but I don’t. Do not take these if you’re not going to be working out or eating healthy! Definitely recommend these pills.

Do not take 4 in one day. I only take one a day, right before my morning workout. You have to burn the extra energy these give, or you will be left feeling jittery (as others have stated). I have a very high caffeine tolerance and have been taking the hydroxycut black for months and I still only take ONE pill a day. Even if I take one in the morning and another one hours later, the second dose always causes upset stomach for me. I also find it hard to sleep if I take after 2 pm. If I don't drink ALOT of water with these, I also feel slightly nauseous. But this "side effect", the nauseous part, is what suppresses my appetite. So if you can get over that upset stomach feeling and live an active lifestyle, these will absolutely benefit your energy level and suppress your appetite. They do pair excellent with a pre workout as well. I finish my workouts feeling energized. I will say, the first few days of trying any hydroxycut product, it left me feeling almost like I was getting the flu. I would get really cold, get the chills, feel shaky, and feel like I was going to vomit all morning. But all of those side effects went away after the first 3 or 4 days of using these products. Also only taking one pill at a time, with lots of water was the key to avoiding these side effects. For reference I am 32 year old female, 115 lbs.

I really like the Hydroxycut Max for Women. I have my specific reasons for giving this 3 stars, so please read on. I love that these have the added biotin, iron, and folic acid. I am not sure about the recommended daily servings for these. But, as women, these are so necessary and it's one less supplement to take. I have been battling with iron deficiency and hair thinning, so I appreciate this. This product, for sure, does boost energy, metabolism, and weight loss. I work out and follow a healthy meal plan. This product boosts my efforts up another couple notches. I have the energy that I need to push through workouts when I otherwise would not have the motivation. My issues with Hydroxycut Max and the reason for 3 stars rather than 5 are: 1. It does interfere with my sleep - even taking well before 5 hours before bedtime. 2. The directions says not to snack between meals. What is up with that??? Most people who are really into working out and following a healthy lifestyle eat 5 to 6 meals small meals a day. Some of which are considered snacks. Hydroxycut makes no clarification on this. I really don't think it's feasible to expect that people who workout eat just three meals per day. So how does eating 5 - 6 meals affect the results? 3. Red No. 40 as an ingredient. Why? Why? Why? This is known to not be good. Why ruin a good thing by adding this dye when it is not necessary. There are healthier alternatives. I am up in the air as to whether or not I will repurchase this mostly because of reasons 1 and 3. I will try taking this once per day to see if this makes a difference with my sleep. To be fair, I will contact Hydroxycut with my concerns which is what I should have done before I wrote this review, so I apologize for that.

Prefer hydroxy cut max hardcore. Processes differently than women's brand. I wanted to cut fat and the hardcore max works best.

I love using these pills. They really help with my trying to loose weight and the more caffeine intake I always need. I’ve lost 50 pounds since going on them. Of course along with diet and exercise. I’m in my late 40s and I dont loose weight very well. As I say, it finds me and doesn’t leave!

I have been using Hydroxycut for literally 20 years. I know it is marketed as a weight loss supplement, but I take it for the boost of energy it gives, but more importantly, the focus it used to provide. I work very strange hours and always under a deadline, having to pull all-nighters or getting up in the middle of the night, and I always used the Pro Clinical product and it was great, but they have changed the formulation and it simply is not the same. I tried this formulation as well, and it does not work. So now after 20 years, I'm searching to find an alternative product that will give me the energy and focus I need. The new formulation just doesn't cut it. So disappointing.

37, mom of 5! For YEARS- I take ONE Daily, usually after lunch to help get over that afternoon dip. It’s a resting energy, idk that’s scientific but it’s this consistent energy that doesn’t make me jittery and I don’t have to drink an energy drink to get it. When I go through periods of time I don’t take it, I gain a little and notice my slump. I’ll give myself some grace to eat and drink freely. Not worried about that terrible “W” word. When I consistently take it, I notice my underlying, “resting energy” is what I call it. It’s an unspoken, quiet energy that gives me that “get up and go”. I’ll choose portion control and still satisfy my sweet tooth. Taking 1 a day, the weight stays off. If I were to actually apply myself to a weight loss goal, as I have in the past, I LOOOSE A 💩 ton of weight. Shed pounds more than my cat sheds fur in a week. Fur real. Love, from Texas 💜

If you work at an office or out and about, I can see this product working for you. But for me, I noticed that I was actually hungrier because the caffeine was just speeding up my metabolism, and when I'm home I just had the urge to keep taking the tablet. So I'd take one at 9am, another one at 12pm, another at like 5pm and stop. I even tried the two tablets twice a day, but that just made me jittery. This isn't ideal for me because it's not actually suppressing my appetite as much as it's making me hungry, and I'm trying to get a handle on that issue specifically. It's a shame because it costs quite a lot, so I'm going to use it instead of having a morning coffee or when I need to run errands so I can burn out the caffeine a bit more. So in general, consider your metabolism before you buy. If you're like me and have a 'normal' metabolism but snack when you get bored and want to curb the habit, it may make things worse.

Still need to exercise I don't think it can really suppress your appetite, I don't really eat much anyways cause I drink coffee and water almost the entire time, but it can help push you to do exercise before you get the itch from it. So it's a good boost for working out.
